Whiskey In My Sippy Cup is a Cool Spot
I'll admit that there are very few mom blogs that I can identify with on a regular basis. I appreciate them, and I have mentioned a few of them here before, such as Soapbox Mom or A Week In The Life of A Redhead.
Yesterday, I was scanning through the most recent posts at Dads.Alltop.com, and I saw one from BusyDad that I wanted to read. It was an entertaining post as usual, but he also included a link at the bottom to "the baddest mommy blogger in the land, Mr. Lady of Whiskey In My Sippy Cup."
How could I resist clicking on this link? I couldn't, and I'm glad I didn't.
BusyDad was right - Mr. Lady is one of a kind. Her most recent post called Makin' Babies is hilarious. She is genuine, authentic and honest about her experiences, and I really appreciate her sense of humor. I don't know if it's intentional or not, but she writes in a way that is identifiable for both men and women. Maybe that's why she is called "Mr." Lady.
I read a few other posts, and left a comment. She replied back to me quickly and was quick to start-up a conversation. It was exactly the type of interaction that blogs are supposed to ignite - spontaneous dialogue about topics of shared interest.
If you haven't checked out Whiskey In My Sippy Cup, I would definitely recommend it. BusyDad is a cool place too - thanks for the lead man!

"Mr Lady" is a really REALLY long story, but let's just say that a dude came up with it.
Also, I have a good bit of facial hair. Perhaps that's why you can relate. ;)
